Job Description  Human Resources Officer (FTC 12 Months)

Role Summary

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager,

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including personnel data management, leave management, time and attendance, performance management, training coordination, and assisting with payroll preparation. They play a key role in ensuring our employees are well-supported and that our HR processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRM management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
