If you are a young graduate with energy, curiosity, and the drive to learn, CEDA wants to bring you in through their Graduate Development Programme (GDP).

Graduate Trainees benefit from CEDA’s solid business experience built over many years of exceptional Development Financing.

This is a 24 – Month programme designed to grow your skills through hands-on experience across CEDA business units, with real development finance work and support along the way.

• Eligibility for full-time employment with CEDA upon successful completion

What Does It take to qualify?

A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any of the following fields of study:

• Finance & Banking
• Management Information Analysis / Business Intelligence
• Hospitality Management
• Property Development
• Business Development

Candidates should have graduated with a 2.2 / GPA 3.0 or higher.
